I cannot believe that it's that time of year again. December has come with joys of Christmas. What is the real meaning of Christmas though? Is it the gifts under the tree, the lights in the windows, the cards in the mail, snow in the yard, stockings hanging in a row, or dinner with family? Is that really Christmas? The simple answer to that is NO..

Yes Christmas is a time of great joy spend with loved ones however, if not for God we would not be allowed to enjoy such things! Christmas in the beginning was a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus & it's a time we should not easily forget..

Dear Santa

Good Morning sweet ladies..

 I just love that smile on my face! I so need to vent a little so here goes.. Each holiday season in some way is hard for me but not for the reason most may think.. For me its hard because I see so many people in love enjoying their time with their significant others which I love don't get wrong but, its hard when I do not have what so many of you do! 

Growing up even as a small child I can always remember dreaming of time spent with my loved one someday kissing, holding hands, making our own little memories, & although I have done that over the years with some I am just ready to do that with my Mr Right.. The man whom I will get to spend the rest of my life with, have children with, & so much more! I know God has his perfect timing but its hard not to wonder if somehow I got skipped by accident? Now that I am even older then before I wonder if I am ever going to get my happy ending & not getting it scares me to death if I am honest about it..

I don't want to miss out on having children of my own, marrying my best friend & spending our life together!

On a much brighter note then the one above you read about Jamie posted this Dear Santa piece on Facebook & I just had to share it... Is it not the cutest thing ever? Santa I promise I really have been good this year hehe!

Weekend Bliss

My Weekend

On Friday I spent time cleaning & going to the gym. That was literally the only two things I did. I had to make sure the house was ready for Saturday when the family all came over for Christmas dinner & family time.

On Saturday I got up early & then the cooking started! By 3 in the evening family were starting to arrive here. It was nice to spend time with the family for several hours. Around 10 at night several started to leave & let me just be the first one to tell you how tired I was... As much as I love all my family it was nice to see them out the door! Is that bad?

Come Sunday Aunt Joyce still had some last minute Christmas shopping to do so I spend the day with her just enjoying some time together! Hello low key Sunday if you ask me...

I hope you ladies had a fun filled weekend! On a fun note I am ready for this week... Today Garry & I are going to hiking then he also has last minute Christmas shopping to do, Wednesday I will go to Aunt Joyce for Christmas Eve breakfast then later that night open presents, then I go back into work on Christmas Day night & wont be off again until New Years Eve...

Car Love

So a long time ago before I ever went into the nursing field I thought about being a detective such as those whom play on Criminal Minds for an example... I have always loved stuff like that just as much! 

I think If I had of went with that choice instead of nursing the above car is the car I would want to drive... Two if my favorite colors! Yes please I would be all in...

Where did I find this car at you ask? Well, I did not find it a friend did & sent me the photos... He knew how much I loved Pink & Black & new I would love the colors plus he is a cop how ironic is that...

I use to get so sad to see you grow up but now that you are past your 1 year mark you have grown into a whole new personality & I just love it so very much... Redneck Crazy

I cannot believe that I have not posted this until now but I guess I just forgot about it... I came out of the gym one day & this up above was in front of my car... Can you say redneck crazy? I know I am a girlie girl & all but is this not a bit much? I can only imagine what the inside looks like..

I  have nothing against country boys by any means I live around them for goodness sake however I just did not imagine that I would ever see someone deck their truck out in camo! It was interesting to say the least...

Gym Mistake

So for the past few days I have been sick & slept most of them time.. Well today I woke up & I felt a little better! So since I haven't been to the gym in a few days due to not feeling so hot I decided I would give it a go & just do less then I normally would so that I didn't over do it..

I went in thinking it was a good idea but came out wishing I had waited! I put a smile on my face & sucked it up but after I was done I was completely drained sadly... Boo to not feeling very well! I came straight home afterwards & passed out for like 4 straight hours no lie!
