Leaving Day

Saturday was leaving day sadly! Our nice long week at the beach had came to end.. I know we can do it every year but our year always seems to take forever! I was happy & sad both as Saturday came to a close!

We packed up all our belongings & stored them safely back into our 3 vehicles in order to head back home! If there was however one thing I was looking forward to it was that I was gonna get to have my nice comfy cozy bed back once the drive came to an end! I had missed it all week..

As our trip ended I was able to enjoy it with some yummy ice cream yet again but this time it came from Brusters which I like to call it Brewsters :) They have amazing ice cream so if you are ever in Destin stop in & try it :) I went with the Blueberry Cobbler!

On our way back home we stopped to eat at Jim & Nicks in Alabama! They have really good barbecue along with cheddar sweet biscuits but I guess could be cornbread kinda its a mixture I guess you could say :) Several of us had the Sourdough Pulled Pork Sandwiches & Fries which were amazing!

Around midnight we finally arrived back home! Our trip had officially ended until next year.. 

Photo Adventure

On Friday we spend the day at the beach just relaxing & enjoying the waves! After our beach time we went inside to get ready to go out & eat but before eating Steph was sweet enough to take a few photos of me down at the beach in my cute little black dress :) Afterwards we went to Margaritaville to have dinner!

While we was eating at Margaritaville I noticed that the clouds were starting to get darker which I knew meant hello rain! Turns out sitting on the patio was not such a great idea we got wet needless to say  & our food or rather what was left of it got soaked.. I only had a few bites left to finish off because I had done ate all my Mango Chicken! Everyone else got either Fish Tacos or Coconut Shrimp!

Salt Life

The rain came & went on Thursday! Once we had all woken up it was pouring the rain outside so we though bummer no fun for us on the beach today! Little did we know that the sun would shine later & allow us to go out! However as much as the sun came out it quickly faded away underneath the clouds! It was a dreary day in Destin.. The water was super choppy & strong so we didn't go out into it but we did enjoy a little beach time! I  walking the shore line enjoying photo time & here is the excursion from it :)

Wednesday was just beach life,dinner & photos later of that night so I will let the photos speak for themselves :)
